The notification is sends to the customer and system automatically
if driver accepts or rejects the delivery order in
driver management system. Finally from the
start stage of order to the end stage of order, the notification gets
displayed in the system. By utilizing this process, ordering and
delivering process status will be displayed on every second on the
system.
Manage Orders
The system can manage and view customer orders and order status of
all orders. The system can also cancel order request if the driver
does not accept the order in-case of emergency.
API Integration
Our platform works smoothly with third-party sites through our
Application Program Interface (API). API integrates the
Food Fleet management
system with other websites, such as through the restaurant's Facebook
page, for easy access. After receiving the order through the
third-party site, our food fleet management system ensures the same

The system can map specific or any driver location to progress
delivery order in real-time tracking assets. This feature ensures
robust reporting capabilities in delivery order process and display
exact direction route between source and destination. The system
enables customer and business person to view every step of the way
through a live map-based view of the route.
Customer Tracking
When a driver changes their status to "on the way" in
the Food Fleet app, an instant notification is sent to the customer's
mobile with a URL so they can track the driver's status until their
order is received. This gives customers complete transparency and the
flexibility to track a delivery from any location. Order can be tracked in
Food Delivery management.
How to Dispatch
This system assigns the task to nearby drivers based on ETA and
waiting for acceptance from drivers. Finally, the system allows you
to assign the task to the driver manually based on acceptance. It
also saves delivery time, process delivery order easily and assign
drivers easily.
Creation of Sub-User Accounts
Restaurant owners can manage multiple branches of their business
with a Food Fleet sub user-account, which allows
food delivery management to register
and utilize all available drivers from multiple branches to deliver
orders more effectively.
Available Platforms
The Food Fleet app will be available for both Android and iOS
operating systems.
